Efficient fraud detection on mobile devices with lightweight LLMs
Compact LLMs, fine-tuned with LoRA and quantised for ONNX Runtime, detect fraud in SMS and email on the phone itself. A 168 MB model reached 99.47% accuracy and a 0.5B model 99.50%, with no data leaving the device.
